Can we choose the music for our DVD?
Yes
you can choose your own music if you provide the music we must have it
before the wedding.
Do you cover the whole ceremony?
If a full wedding is booked
we would cover from noon to 10.30 Pm.
How long will the final DVD be?
Depending on the package, from 30 minutes to 90 minutes
What cameras do you use & do you have back up
cameras? We use JVC 3CCD digital videos cameras, and
also have
both backup video and still cameras.
Do you use 2 video cameras?
We use two cameras
capturing the ceremony and speeches .
Can I be there when my wedding video is edited?
No, only a certain amount of time
is allowed for editing, inexperience people present would slow the editing
down.
Is the audio clear at all times?
Our microphones give better than CD quality audio we
also use a clip on microphone on the groom.
Is the footage steady?
Tripods are used
throughout the wedding.
Do you have an music license?
Yes we
are licensed to use copyright music by AMCOS.
What style of photography do you prefer?
We
prefer a happy relaxed, style of photography and video.

Who keeps the image files?
You can purchase the image files after the wedding for $450.You will receive these after the
wedding with your album package. You sign that we are allowed to use images
for advertising purposes only.
Do you pose any scenes?
We prefer relaxed candid photography but
still include some traditional photography.
What are the lay-by terms?
We
provides a lay-by plan. We require is 1/3rd of the total package before the
wedding and the balance over 4 months after the wedding. Conditions apply.
How to we pay?
We
accept cash, cheque, money order or major credit cards.
What happens when we order a album?
Your
proofs will be ready within 2 weeks after the wedding. You can
choose the images you want in your album and return to me. From here we will
meet and discuss any changes you may have. Your album will be ready within 6
weeks. You can also visit

What happens if you are sick?
We have a
backup photographer/videographer available. If we are unable to find a
replacement we will refund your money.
What is the non refundable booking fee required?
A non refundable booking
fee of $500 secures your wedding date with Instantvision. If you cancel your
wedding you loose the booking fee, if we cancel you get the booking fee
back. We will transfer to another date if available.
How far we will travel?
Anywhere in the Perth Metro area. From two Rocks in the North to Mandurah in
the south. Outside this area $1.55 per kilometers and return.
Will we travel outside Australia?
No
